As we stand on one accord, with Apostle & Pastor Wess,

Here are our fasting options and our prayer focus.

Fasting is not a sacrifice to or for God. We are never asked to give God a sacrifice of FASTING. However,

Fasting does honor God's word, minister to the Lord as God honors you. This is not to make God Do anything

but to seek out the finished work of Christ for our lives corporately and individually.

The fast you choose is between you and God. He will honor your BEST SACRIFICE.

(You establish the number of days. You can choose to fast 3,7,14 or 21 days.)

(Please If you have medical concerns Your decision to fast should be done under the supervision of a doctor or medical professional.)

Option 1: FULL FAST - Drink only liquids (you establish the number of days. You can choose to fast 3,7,14 or 21 days.)

Day 1

Pray for a passion (GCCI) to examine the scriptures.

Acts 17:11 Now the Berean Jews were of more noble character than those in Thessalonica, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.

Pray that God’s people (GCCI) will lean and depend on the power of God that’s been delivered unto us.

Ephesians 6:10-12 NKJV “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.”

Pray that the communication of our faith may become effective.

Philemon 1:6., That the communication of our faith may be effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

Day 2

Pray that we will renew our minds which breaks the carnal man so that the spiritual man can come forth in power. Romans 8:6-7 NKJV “For to be carnally minded is death, but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God; for it is not subject to the law of God, nor indeed can be.”

Pray that we acknowledge the mind of Christ.

Philippians 2:5 NKJV “Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus.

Pray thankfully that the love of God fill our hearts.

Matthew 22:37 NKJV Jesus said to him, “You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.”

Day 3

Pray of Confession that we are being transformed into the image of His SON (Jesus).

2 Corinthians 3:18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate (think about) the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.

Colossians 1:15 The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation.

Pray that God's people are not led astray.

2 Corinthians 11:3 But I am afraid that just as Eve was deceived by the serpent’s cunning, your minds may somehow be led astray from your sincere and pure devotion to Christ.

Day 4

Pray that GCCI would walk in the power of and release the heart for evangelism (non-believers coming to Jesus)

Acts 2:46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, 47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

(Pray that there is a revelation for acknowledging the work of the Holy Spirit).

Luke 11:13 If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him.

Pray asking God with thanksgiving that GCCI has the necessary resources to do ministry in excellence.

Philippians 4:19 And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.

Day 5

Pray asking that God would add faithful laborers.

Pray for deliverance for the body of Christ (as well as the world) who are suffering any form of bondage.

Philippians 4:19 And my God that this house is filled with the necessary resources to do ministry in excellence.

Day 10

Pray that every believer would seek God for Greater levels of revelation.

Galatians 1:15-16 But when God, who set me apart from my mother's womb and called me by his grace, was pleased. To reveal his Son in me that I might preach him among the Gentiles, my immediate response was not to consult any human being.

Day 11

Pray for all the children of God to realize, believe and receive that Jesus Finished the work and we have our healing.

Surely He has borne our griefs (sicknesses, weaknesses, and distresses) and carried our sorrows and pains [of punishment], yet we [ignorantly] considered Him stricken, smitten, and afflicted by God [as if with leprosy]. But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our guilt and iniquities; the chastisement [needful to obtain] peace and well-being for us was upon Him, and with the stripes [that wounded] Him we are healed and made whole.

- Isaiah 53:4–5 (AMP)

But He was pierced for our rebellion, crushed for our sins. He was beaten so we could be whole. He was whipped so we could be healed.

- Isaiah 53:5 (NLT)
